Skip Evans: Realtor Associate 

Skip Evans has been a Realtor for the past 16 years. He and his wife, Jan Jackson, have worked as a team, first for Re/Max for ten years, and our present affiliation with Keller Williams Realty Northeast for the past six years. 

Skip believes in hard work, dedication to his clients, and above all a commitment to servicing those clients. Skip has achieved awards such as Top Producer, Top Lister, and Top Sales for both Re/Max and Keller Williams Realty Northeast. His highest award to date is the customer satisfaction and repeat business that follows exceptional attention to detail. 

Education has always been part of Skip's resume. He earned a BS in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University. He has attended and mastered over sixty Texas Real Estate Commission courses. Skip has also served on a number of committees with the Houston Association of Realtors, The Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Most recently serving on the Standards and Practices Committee (ETHICS) for the Houston Association of Realtors. Skip has also served as a teacher for the Texas Real Estate Commission. 

Teri Rhodes: Realtor Associate 

During my 22 year career in the real estate profession, the challenge I enjoy the most is listening to my clients as they tell me what they would like in their new home and then helping them to find that home!  

The other part of being a Realtor Associate that I like is that no two clients or their needs are ever exactly the same. Each person is unique as is the process and the home that I help them to find. 

My client’s needs are my top priority. I also know how difficult any move can be. While I have lived in the Houston area for over 20 years, in the past my family and I have moved numerous times. Sometimes they were corporate moves and sometimes we had to move ourselves. One time we only moved 3 blocks yet another time we moved from Colorado to London, England. Trust me, I really do know how complicated and difficult moving can be!

Rosemary DeLeon: Administrative Assistant / Office Administrator / Transaction Coordinator 

Rosemary’s role is to handle all of the transaction coordination and paperwork necessary to complete a real estate transaction. Dealing with the lender, appraiser, surveyor, inspectors, title companies and the seller’s and buyer’s agents helps ensure that the file is handled with precision and detail. Rosemary is eager, knowledgeable and available to answer any questions you may have regarding the closing of your home. Rosemary and her husband Brig, who were Buyer clients of Jan’s, have moved to Kingwood after living in the West Texas areas of Lubbock, Andrews and Abilene. Prior to working with Jan Jackson, Rosemary worked as the Administrative Assistant to the Benefits Department Vice President and the COBRA Coordinator at a leading staff leasing company in Houston. 

Kelley Jackson: Marketing Director / Technology Coordinator
